    Had a good relationship with them for years. Unfortunately service has gone downhill......
    Last year i asked for my tub to be emptied and winterized. When my new hot tub provider wanted to fill it, they found it frozen and cracked pipes, due to majordomo not winterizing it!
    Asked them to pay for the repair, but of course they have gone silent on me.
    My 2 cents, don't use them
