    Friendly staff upon arrival, very accomodating.

    However the next morning we weren't given towels during the maid service. Went to the front desk to get some towels and was asked by the lady at the front "Why didn't you come get them last night?" Not the response I was hoping for!

    Had to go back to get toilet paper (also not delivered upon maid service) and got confronted by the woman at the front. She stated that towels were "definitely delivered". Of course I have no reason to lie, but at that point didn't want to get in an argument, so I politely left.

    Will not come back, would not recommend
